Run It Up Reno Off to Fast Start
One of the smaller tournament series in the country that has been gaining a lot of momentum lately is the Run It Up Reno event created by Jason Somerville. The event, now in its 8th season has been gaining fans and followers every year. And 2019 looks to be no exception.
This weekend kicked off the $400 Mini Main Event. 64 players remained heading into Day 2 with Alan Mastic leading the charge with 310,000 in chips.

Spears Crushes Day One at HPT The Meadows
With a whopping 526,000 in chips, poker pro Andy Spears looks to have the best chance to win the latest HPT Main Event. He is followed closely by Christopher Lee with 478k and Anthony Mcle with 391k.
At press time Spears was continuing to cruise and crush the field. With only 36 players left Spears had well over a million in chips. The 345 total entries are vying for a $77,000 first place prize and of course the HPT trophy.
