Steve Schult has the full story over on CP.
-Meanwhile over at PokerNews, Mo Nuwwarah has a great story about ChipTic, a failed tournament tracking app from about a decade ago. This Part 1 is told in an oral-history format and is great for anyone who has been around the game for 10+ years.
-Here at PartTimePoker we have another great training video from Colossus. Colossos plays without a HUD and shows how easy it is to identify the weaker players. He talks about the importance of being patient and getting paid of by the weaker players. At one point he loses his stack to another player and plays it off as a cooler… but is it?
-It’s that time again. To showcase another article from CardPlayerLifeStyle.com. This week Robbie has the write-up on how the eight-week coaching program The PokerCode Academy is open for business. Robbie writes, “Pokercode’s own Fedor Holz, Matthias Eibinger, “IgorKarkarof”, and their friends Claas Segebrecht, Steffen Sontheimer, and mindset coach Elliot Roe teach you how to prepare for the World Series of Poker and crush it!”
-And finally, over on the World Poker Tour website, Joni Jouhkimainen has a nice article for all you PLO players out there. Joni writes in blog about his latest tournaments and gives great advice like, ” Don’t overplay your AAxx hands. It often happens that people 3-bet weak AA-hands and go crazy post-flop. Remember that one pair is usually not that strong if stacks go in on the flop.”
