Phil Ivey is Newest Team Member of Virtue Poker

PokerNews revealed today that Virtue Poker has announced that none other than Phil Ivey is joining the poker room’s “strategic team.” As part of his role at Virtue Poker, the company says that Ivey will be involved in product development and leverage relationships within the poker world.

Ivey joins a team that also includes Brian Rast and Dan Colman. The Virtue Poker platform will use the Ethereum cyrotpo-currency and are currently looking into licenses in Gibraltar, Malta and the United Kingdom. A strategy for the United States has not been “solidified.”

The news comes one day after the announcement of TonyG joining Coin Poker, another cyrtocurrency online poker room in development.
