The FTOPS series have been very popular with players for a variety of reasons. First, the schedule offers a wide range of poker variants as well as buy ins. You can choose from holdem, HORSE, omaha, and a handful of other games in the typical FTOPS schedule.
Second, FTP generally offers massive guaranteed prize pools for FTOPS events, and runs satellites around the clock, meaning that the fields for the tournaments are larger, and generally weaker, than the typical online tournament.
Finally, there’s a bit of prestige that comes with having won a FTOPS tournament, and FTP marks that by providing you with a special avatar that only FTOPS winners have access to.
