What goes up must come down? Tom “durrrr” Dwan has a bad week at Full Tilt’s high-stakes tables, while Patrik Antonius continues an amazing turnaround.

The top player for the week shouldn’t really be a surprise. Patrik Antonius is considered one of the best cash-game players in the world. But for the first part of 2010, it didn’t seem that way, as he picked up losses totaling millions of dollars. But his game has returned — or at least variance stopped hurting him — as the Finn racked up $579K in profits for the week. More on his amazing turnaround later.

Also among the top players for the week was sbrugby, aka Brian Townsend, who is back on his old name after losing his red-pro status at Full Tilt. He had profits of about $140K.

Here are the top 10 players for the last week (click on any player for more information):
Patrik Antonius $579,527
URnotINdanger2 $533,393
Jani Vilmunen $270,702
Luukie21 $238,580
LokoIsBack $194,201
DIN_FRU $148,908
Stwasi $148,450
NEKOTYAN $145,668
sbrugby $140,396
EazyPeazy $127,157

Dwan had been on a pretty huge upswing over the last couple of weeks, and was up about $2 million for the month before this week. All that came to a crashing halt this week, however, as Dwan had losses of more than $750K for the week, over the course of 7,490 hands (he was the highest-volume player for the week, as well).

Gus Hansen continued to have a horrid April, with his third straight week of losing more than half a million dollars. More on Hansen’s brutal stretch below.

Here were the bottom 10 players for the week:
durrrr -$758,419
David Oppenheim -$505,876
Gus Hansen -$468,722
David Benefield -$325,985
Ziigmund -$259,278
chipchip -$162,715
DAT MOOSE -$161,952
PixKim -$134,382
Esvedra -$133,706
Rollover2k -$106,532

Despite losing three-quarters of a million dollars, Dwan is still the biggest winner on Full Tilt in 2010, at $3.9 million. With the year almost two-thirds over, Dwan is closing in on 250K hands played.

The rest of the top 10 saw only minor shuffling, but it did see one addition — Antonius. After hitting a low point of -$3.6 million in the winter, Antonius has grinded his way back and is nearing seven figures of profit this year.

Here are the top 10 players for all of 2010:
durrrr $3,902,199
Phil Ivey $3,334,738
jungleman12 $2,535,924
LokoIsBack $2,030,259
harrington25 $1,925,905
PostflopAction $1,631,581
NEKOTYAN $1,530,049
Urindanger $1,362,728
theASHMAN103 $1,237,101
Patrik Antonius $968,083

Despite changing names, the original account played under by Townsend is still down about $2.5 million. He’s down about $60K for the year with sbrugby, so, technically, he’s still the biggest loser for the year.

Meanwhile, Hansen’s losses are reaching epic proportions. He’s down $1.2 million just for 2010. For his career at Full Tilt, he’s now a staggering $8 million down. And when you consider he hit a high point of 3 million at one point in 2009, he’s in the midst of an $11 million downswing.

Here are the top 10 losers for 2010:
Brian Townsend -$2,534,059
Matatuk -$1,539,661
ZeeJustin -$1,442,585
Richard Ashby -$1,296,365
Gus Hansen -$1,263,390
PixKim -$1,180,677
howisitfeellike -$1,139,282
Triko -$988,699
LarsLuzak -$907,368
DrPill -$883,764
