Content Quantity / Quality
There are a few sites that offer this service, and PSDollars isn’t reinventing the wheel. I think information about the process of selling and some of the other common FAQs could be shifted to the front page, but it’s a pretty minor complaint.
Unique Pros / Cons
This site is run by the same folks who run the pokerDB, which means you can feel confident in using the service (although that’s not a huge issue, since Stars serves as a proxy for all T$ trades anyway).
Bottom Line
If you don’t have a friend who needs your T$, or you want to sell them in a hurry, this is a great place to do it.
