Dwan loses more than a million in 12 hours, a historic FTOPS win, and sick WSOP odds for heads-up play. Check it out in today’s PTPN Hit and Run.

Newly minted Full Tilt Poker pro Tom “durrrr” Dwan (story here) had a rough day at the tables when he took on the international man of mystery, “isildur1.” They played several tables of no-limit hold’em and pot-limit Omaha during a 12-hour session where the unknown Swedish player took Dwan for $1.3 million. About $400K of that came in a 100-hand span in Omaha. They are supposed to play again today, we’ll keep you updated.

An amazing feat occurred at Full Tilt Poker’s FTOPS XIV — a player won his second FTOPS event, in the same tournament. “Elderhoe” won the $256 6-Handed No Limit Hold’em Knockout, Event No. 8. He won the same thing during FTOPS VIII. We might not see that feat again for a while.

So, by now you probably know that the final table of the World Series of Poker main event is down to two players, with Joe Cada and Darvin Moon playing heads-up starting at 10 p.m. tonight. Oddsmakers have installed Cada as a huge favorite — at Betfair he is a 1:3 (yes 1:3) favorite. Moon is 13:5. Cada is holding a 136 million to 59 million chip lead over Moon. Apparently a couple of Cada fans got a little too rowdy, an on-the-spot interview over at rawvegas.tv:

The World Poker Tour World Poker Finals is down to the final table. Three former WPT winners are there: Lee Markholt, Steve Brecher, and Cornel Cimpan.

Erik Seidel was recently spotted on the television show “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” Check out the 2+2 thread here. You’ll see him a still shot a few posts down. Seidel said he bought the walk-on spot for charity.

Give away your money to charity, but not to the rake. Before you sign up at Cake Poker, Full Tilt, or UltimateBet, make sure to get rakeback.
