
Bonomo out at bodog, and is Isildur2 on the way? Get the facts in today’s PTPN Hit and Run.
Justin “zeejustin” Bonomo is apparently out at bodog, according to this story at pokernewsdaily.com. The story says his picture was taken down from the Web site on Saturday. David Williams and Evelyn Ng are the only bodog pros left standing after the departure of Jean-Robert Bellande in the fall. If there’s any other news out of this story, we’ll let you know.
The Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure begins on Monday with a super-satellite to the main event. Story here from poker-king.com. There are 47 events in this year’s PCA, ending on Jan. 14. The main event starts on Tuesday. The PCA has become one of the biggest stops on the poker circuit, due to the warm weather locale in winter, and PokerStars’ promotion through satellites. This is from last year, but it’s still pretty interesting (thanks to pokerati for digging this up). Last year the biggest pot in online poker history was played between Patrik Antonius and Isildur1, for $1.3 million.
