Poker Stars Review
The largest online poker room in the world, PokerStars excels at nearly every aspect of the experience. From satellites to support, Poker Stars has it covered. If there’s a game spread online, Poker Stars probably offers it – from micro stakes omaha to nosebleed no limit, they’ve likely got your game running, and it’s likely running around the clock to boot.

Traffic
After a couple of years spent lagging behind Party Poker, PokerStars is now the largest online poker room. The cash game lobby offers a full slate of standard games at limits from micro stakes to 200/400 no limit.
The tournament lobby is easily the busiest online, with a full schedule of multi table tournaments that includes a wide variety of games. The sit and go lobby is also the busiest online, and there’s rarely a period of the day where you won’t find a healthy amount of satellites running to the larger tournament events, both online and off, that Poker Stars hosts on a regular basis.
Aesthetics
A minimalist look. You can choose between a number of standard backgrounds or easily swap in your own. The play interface is very stripped down, and the table dominates the window. You can upload a small image to serve as your avatar.
Deposit and Cashout
Arguably the widest assortment of options online. Global options include check, epassporte, credit and gift card, and bank transfer. Additional deposit and withdrawal options limited by region include Neteller, bank transfer, paysafe card, Citadel and more.
Support
PokerStars has, hands down, the most responsive and helpful support team in online poker. Response time is amazingly quick, and support staff is always courteous and informed. Since bonus offers are always automated, you’ll rarely need to contact support about a PokerStars bonus.
Unique Pros / Cons
The massive traffic base provides an array of game options that most other rooms just can’t match. PokerStars also sponsors the EPT and AAPT, so you’ll find exclusive satellites to those land-based tournaments in the PS lobby.
Massive traffic also means that Stars doesn’t need to extend the same quantity of promotions that smaller rooms do to attract players. You’ll see fewer deposit bonuses , and Stars does not now (nor will they probably ever) allow rakeback. They do have a generous VIP program to offset the lack of rakeback, and you can get an initial deposit bonus of 100% up to $50 by using the code Stars50 when you deposit.
