Look

This, to me, is what software should look like - no frills, no bells, no whistles - just the stuff you need and a clear interface for getting you there. It’s not the tops aesthetically, but who cares?

Content Quantity / Quality
This is a well-designed and well-executed program that can give you some really awesome (and definitive) insights into the real value of your hand in any number of situations. It’s a great tool for learning about hand ranges, and using it on a regular basis will really help you think more in terms of ranges when you’re considering your opponent’s hands, which is the proper (but often counter-intuitive) way to approach poker.

Unique Pros / Cons

It’s free. It’s not a resource-hog, and it doesn’t install any spyware or adware on your computer.

Bottom Line
There’s no reason not to have this installed on your computer.
