New Jersey DGE February 2016 Gaming Results
The February 2016 Gaming Revenue Results were released by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) at 2:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2016.
Despite the dire consequence that continue to unfold from the State Capital in Trenton, gaming life goes on in Atlantic City. The rhetoric regarding the takeover of the City by the State of New Jersey continues with early April as the “drop-dead’ date.
The huge loss of Revenue from the high of $5.2 Billion in 2006 to the $2.56 Billion in 2015 reflects the downward spiral of the city’s finances, and the perceived need to ADD 2 new casinos in the northern part of the State. This appears to be inching forward, and will be in the form of a ballot question in November when New Jersey residents will be asked for approval.
Total Gaming Win from the Casino Hotels was $204.7 million in February 2016 compared to $178.4 million February 2015 reflecting a formidable 14.7% Increase with the Leap Day.
For the month, Casino Win was $190.0 million and Internet Gaming Win was $14.7 million. Internet Gaming in February 2015 was $10.4 million.

2016 February Casino was 86.5% of Total Internet Revenue versus 80.3% in 2015.
