888poker Welcomes Martin Jacobson as Brand Ambassador
888poker has signed 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event Winner Martin Jacobson, who joins a handful of mostly European poker professionals. In addition to the Main Event title, Jacobson is the also the all-time money live tournament money leader in Sweden with over $16.5 million in earnings. Ten million of that came from his 2014 WSOP Main Event win, but Jacobson has 3 additional final table showings at the WSOP, two at the World Poker Tour and Four at the European Poker Tour.
With the signing, Jacobson joins a lineup of sponsored pros at 888poker that include Chris Moorman, Kara Scott, Natalie Hof, Bruno Politano and Dominik Nitsche. Sweden based Jacobson will be used in online marketing and represent the brand at major live events.

– Shared liquidity is likely coming to regulated European markets in 2018 (France, Spain, Italy and Portugal). Ahead of the changes, the Spanish regulator is opening up gaming license applications for 10 new international operators.
