Ivey chips up at Shulman’s expense

Now that I think about it, that break was probably to change tape. The screen is down, and the audience is yelling for it to come back up.

That probably won’t help.

Shulman makes it 1.5m. Interesting that his over-sized raise strategy is now dropping off and his raises are getting closer to 3k.

Ivey moves all in. Jeff doesn’t look happy. Get it? Happy?

It’s his nickname. Anyhow, Ivey has about 7m on top of Shulman’s raise. Jeff looks frustrated. He has been pretty quiet and probably expected to take this down. It’s unlikely that Jeff is acting, so he’s probably on a weakish ace, broadway or mid pair.

He’s got the call counted out. It would be for about half of Jeff’s stack. He’s getting a decent price at about 1.7-1.

The two are locked in a real death stare. Ivey is the short stack right now. Jeff looks like he really wants to call.

Jeff folds.
