Isaac Haxton defeats Isildur1, Daniel Negreanu rants on Ray Bitar and other stuff, and Iowa nears regulated online poker. It’s all in the Wednesday edition of the PTP Hit and Run.
Haxton beats Isildur1: Viktor “Isildur1″ Blom had a lead in the delayed SuperStar Showdown at PokerStars with Isaac “philivey2694″ Haxton. But he couldn’t hold on to a $100K advantage when the challenge resumed Tuesday, as Haxton ended up winning the heads-up cash game match of 2,500 hands by $5,000. Get all the details here. That makes Haxton 2-0 against Blom in SuperStar Showdowns.
Blom also lost $500K at the tables recently.
Negreanu’s rant: Daniel Negreanu is back with another rant, this time taking aim at Ray Bitar (again), Jeffrey Pollock and Erick Lindgren. Check it out below:
EPT update: There are a lot of pros at the European Poker Tour’s Madrid stop, including the current chip leader Mike “Timex” McDonald. Live updates here. Melanie Weisner and Kevin MacPhee are also doing well on day 2.
