Full Tilt Poker Review
One of the top online poker rooms, Full Tilt offers players a full slate of poker options and promotions. The room is best known for its association with a roster of top-flight poker professionals, both online and offline. Once a mid-tier room, FTP has grown dramatically over the course of the last year and is now the second largest online poker room behind only Poker Stars.

Traffic
Substantial for both cash and tournament. You’re likely to be able to find just about any game you like during peak hours, and while some of the higher limits at the more obscure games on Full Tilt drop off in the early morning hours (from a EST perspective), typical players aren’t going to have a problem finding their game around the clock.
The Full Tilt tournament lobby is very active for MTTs and a little less so for SNGs once you move into the $50+ buy in range.
Aesthetics
Pretty straightforward. Nothing all that stunning, but that means nothing’s really getting in the way either. Your avatar choices are limited to the predesigned ones FTP offers.
Deposit and Cashout
A wide variety of options for deposit, including credit card and debit card, FPS, click2pay and Cash Transfer. For cashout, FPS, click2pay, GatorPay and physical check.
Support
Support at Full Tilt is competent, but not always quick or efficient. Response times often involve a substantial lag. That said, issues are (in our experience) always resolved, even if the resolution time isn’t ideal.
Unique Pros / Cons
The chance to play with pros is certainly a unique appeal that you won’t find in the same quantity at other rooms. Full Tilt also has a variety of innovative tournament series and loyalty rewards programs that very few rooms can match.
The support for idleminer and pokertracker is a definite plus if you’re into data mining. It’s also something that increases the difficulty of the cash games, but the heavy advertising the room does brings in more than enough poor players to offset that effect. Full Tilt also offers a 100% deposit bonus up to $600 that you can receive without using a bonus referral code. That’s the maximum deposit bonus you can get of FTP, so you don’t have to worry about depositing and then coming across a page offering a better deal if you use their code.
