PTP offers you an easy, secure way to buy and sell PokerStars T$ and W$.

Step 1 - Submit an accurate order with PTP
When you complete the order form above, an email will be sent to us with the information you provide. At that time, we will enter that information on pokerstars in anticipation of you doing the same. It’s very important that the info you enter in the form is correct. Enter your exact Pokerstars username and the exact amount of T$ or W$ you wish to trade.

Step 2 - Complete the trade in PokerStars
Using the menu at the top of the Pokerstars lobby screen, click on the “Requests” menu item. This will open a menu of several items. One of the items listed will be “Trade T$/W$“. Click on this item

Once you have selected the “Trade T$/W$” menu item, another menu will appear. You will then have the option of “Buy T$/W$” and “Sell T$/W$“. If you plan to buy Pokerstars W$, select “Buy T$/W$” and if you plan to sell Pokerstars T$ or W$, select “Sell T$/W$”. That will bring up the following screen:

First select the type of currency in the I would like to buy/sell” option.

Next, enter our Pokerstars username PSTW (Jackson)in the buy/sell to option.

Third, enter the EXACT amount of Pokerstars currency in the “T$/W$ amount” box and the EXACT amount of real money in the price box.

Click 'Ok' to complete the transaction. A dialog box will appear asking you to review the details and confirm the transaction. Hit 'Yes'.

If you have entered all the details correctly, the transaction will complete within a few minutes. You should receive an email from PokerStars when the transaction is complete.

FAQ: T$ and W$

What are T$ (Tournament Dollars)?

When you qualify to most events through a satellite on PokerStars, you have the option to unregister from the target event and receive Tournament Dollars. These Tournament Dollars can be used to register in any other PokerStars tournament, including Sit & Gos, and satellites. If you win multiple seats to the same target event, the value of these seats will be automatically credited to your Tournament Dollar account. Tournament Dollars differ from real money, because they cannot be used in real money games or cashed out - only for buying into poker tournaments.

What are W$?

W$ are like T$, but are more restricted in terms of how you can earn and spend them. If you win a seat to a satellite for a W$ special event (WCOOP, APPT, WSOP, EPT and others), you have the option to unregister from the satellite and receive W$. Additionally if you win multiple seats to live events through PokerStars, the value of your additional seats will be credited to your account in W$. W$ are not the same as T$ - W$ can only be used to register in W$ special events.

Is This Secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are handled from within the PokerStars client. PokerStars basically hosts an internal marketplace for T$ and W$. Both the buyer and seller must submit a matching request to PokerStars for a transaction to complete.

Why Would I Sell my T$ / W$?

Most people sell T$ and W$ because they'd like to convert them to cash. T$ and W$ cannot be used for cash games or be cashed out

Why Would I Buy W$?

If you're planning to play WSOP Satellites, APPT Satellites, or any special event satellites offered by PokerStars, buying W$ is a great way to save a little money on your entries. Say you spend three thousand dollars a year buying into those types of satellites - you could save as much as 10% by purchasing W$ from us and using those to buy in instead of buying in with regular money.
