The European Poker Tour stop in Berlin came to a halt earlier today because of an armed robbery attempt.
Reports from the scene are saying that six armed men with masks entered the Grand Hyatt Hotel at about 2 p.m. local time. Unconfirmed reports say that the men got away with more than 800,000 Euros. No one was seriously injured in the robbery, although several security personnel suffered minor injuries. One of the robbers apparently claimed to have a bomb.
The main event of the tournament, which is in Day 4, actually resumed at about 6 p.m. local time. A side event was canceled.

Authorities are asking for anyone who has any pictures or video of the incident to share that information to aid the investigation.
